摘　　要：固体甲醛法制备T3 1固化剂是有别于传统方法的新工艺。详细研究了工艺条件 ,如加料方式、反应温度、保温时间等对产品质量的影响。深入分析了原料配比对产品性质的影响 ,得出了较佳的工艺条件和原料配比。新工艺明显优于液体甲醛法 ,且基本无污染。所得T3 1固化剂颜色浅 ,pH值 8.4～ 9,黏度较低、操作性能好。固化性能与液体甲醛法制备的T3The paraformaldehyde method of preparing T 31 curing agent is a new different process from the tranditional method. Effect of process conditions, such as charging ways of raw materials, reaction temperature and temperature-maintaining time, on product quality was in detail studied and the fairly good process condition and the material proportion were obtained. The new process is obviously excellent than liquid formaldehyde method and there is basically not the pollutant. The obtained T 31 curing agent has light color, low viscosity, good processability and pH value of 8.4～9. Its curing properties are close to that of product for liquid method.
