摘　　要：本文叙述了利用激光技术对直径较大零件进行表面热处理的一种设备——内外圆激光淬火机的研制过程,通过编程,该机可在内外圆表面扫描出所需硬化带的图形,满足各种工艺试验及加工需要。The paper introduces a research process of the inner-outer cylinder quenching machine which can use laser technology to do thermolized on the larger diameter piece. By programmed the machine may make the required hardened trace on the inner-outer cylinder surface to meet the test or manufacture needs.
