摘　　要：在社会主义市场经济条件下,林地使用权流转成为必然。本文在介绍了浙江集体林地使用权流转现状的基础上,分析了制约集体林地使用权流转的主要因素,并提出推进林地使用权流转的对策。Under the socialist market economy, circulation of the right to use woodland is an inevitable trend This paper introduces the practice in circulation of the right to use collective woodland in Zhejiang Province, and analyzes primary factors restricting circulation of the right to use woodland, and puts forward some ways to improve circulation of the right to use woodland
