摘  要:用1L高压反应釜通过煤与催化裂化油浆共处理制得了沥青并对沥青性质进行了分析研究。发现煤与油浆比例为1∶1时,共处理沥青的针入度、软化点和延度三大指标符合国家高等级道路沥青标准,此时该沥青的饱和分较低,芳香分和沥青质适中,而胶质较多。The coprocessing reaction between catalytic cracking resid (CCR) and coal is carried out in 1L autoclave under hydrogen pressure of 7.0 Mpa. The results show that the reaction conversion and asphalt yield increases with the increasing of CCR concentration in reactant. Compared to individual processing, synergic effect is investigated for the reaction conversion and asphalt yield. When ratio of CCR to coal is 1∶1, the asphalt produced is fit for high grade paving asphalt in three main highway properties including penetration, softing point and ductility. TLC- FID results show that the asphalt fit for high grade paving asphalt is characterized with low saturation component, high aromatic compounds and resin and a little asphaltene.
