离子对色谱法测定氢溴酸东莨菪碱注射液的含量和降解产物

摘　　要：建立了一种用离子对色谱法测定氢溴酸东莨菪碱注射液的含量和降解产物的新方法。该法氢溴酸东莨菪碱浓度在5.868～293.4μg·mL-1范围内与色谱峰峰面积呈良好线性关系,相关系数为0.9999,平均加样回收率为100.70%,相对标准偏差RSD为0.8%(n=6)。方法简便、快速,结果准确,专属性强。An ion- pair HPLC method was established for the determination of anisodamine hydrobromide injection and its decomposed substances.C 18 column was used as the separation column with the mobile phase composed of 50 mL 0.001 mol·L~ -1 hydrochliric acid,50 mL acetonitrile and 0.008 mol·L~ -1 sodium dodecyl sulphate.The detection was performed at 210 nm with a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min~ -1 .The standard curve was linear in the range of 5.868～293.4 μg·mL~ -1 with the correlation coefficient of 0.9999.The average recovery was 100.7%,RSD=0.8%(n=6).This method is sensitive,accurate and reliable.
