摘 要:本文采用光谱法测定了辽宁朝阳地区的沙棘中有机锗含量。方法的线性范围为0.1~0.7μg/g,检出限为0.65μg/g。样品中总锗含量为1414.10μg/g,有机锗含量为1397.74μg/g约占总锗的98.8%,为充分利用沙棘的有机锗提供了依据。A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of germanium in the Seabuckthorn Fruit was developed. The method was based on the reaction of germanium with phenylfluorone to form a stable complex in the acidified solution and using CTMAB as a solubilization agent. The linear range was 0.1~0.7 μg/g. The limit of detection was 0.65 μg/g. The Seabuckthorn Fruits were determined by the proposed method. The total amount of germanium was 1414.1 μg/g, and the content of organic Ge was 98.8%. The method is suitable for the samples which contain both organic Ge and inorganic Ge.
