摘　　要：以ZL5 0装载机液力机械式变速器为研究对象 ,针对变速器自动换挡实时控制的要求 ,设计了以Microchip公司的 8位PIC系列单片机PIC16F877为核心的电子控制系统 (ECU)。在分析控制目标和控制系统功能的基础上给出了系统的结构原理以及硬件和软件设计。In the paper,an ECU with PIC16F877 single chip microcomputer at the core has been designed for hydraulic mechanical transmission of ZL50 loader according to the real time control requirements of automatic shifting. After analyzing the control target and the function, the structure and principle of the control system are presented. At the same time, the designs of the hardware and software of system are completed.
