摘  要:以CaCO3及经100目筛分得到的纤维为实验原料,设计了几种模型,用动态滤水仪(BRITTDDJ)探讨了CPAM/膨润土微粒助留体系的絮聚机理,并与CPAM单元助留体系的留着和抗剪切性能进行了比较。实验发现膨润土的主要作用是与吸附在纤维、细小组分上的CPAM之间产生强的连接键,从而产生絮聚;微粒助留体系比CPAM单元助留体系具有更好的留着和抗剪切性能。Ground calcium carbonate(GCC)and fibers screened with100meshes screen were studied as raw materials.Britt dynamic drainage jar was used to investigate the flocculation mechanism.The results showed that micro particulate retention aid system had higher efficiency in retention and less shear sensitive than CPAM retention aid system.On the other hand bentonite could increase the bond strength between the polymer layers adsorbed on the surfaces of the fibers and GCC due to its high surface area and charge density.
