摘　　要：采用叶片长宽比为 5 1的三叶形特殊设计的喷丝板 ,选择合理的纺丝工艺条件和冷却条件 ,生产出的三叶形涤纶短纤维异形度大于 62 % 。The trilobal PET staple fiber can be produced with the degree of profile higher than 62% and fairly good physical index by adopting a special trilobal spinneret with tip-and-radius ratio of 51 and selecting rational spinning process conditions and quenching conditions.
