摘　　要：提出一种基于PSTN、ISDN网络和线路资源的远程抄表系统,介绍了系统方案设计依据和实现方法,该方案可实现利用既有PSTN、ISDN网络和线路资源,完成自动抄表和信息传送功能。The paper discuse a remote meter-reading system based on PSTN,ISDN network and their line-resource,and introduces system design and the realizing approach of it .The design can realize auto-reading and information-transmitting function utilize PSTN,ISDN and its line-resource.In addition,the design can be used in automatic'four kind meter'reading system,too.
