摘　　要：针对沈阳市垃圾处理现状,论述了对沈阳市生活垃圾处理实施商业化管理,提高其垃圾处理水平,适应地区经济发展需要的必要性及其途径:依靠市场机制的作用明晰产权关系,强化资金管理,加强垃圾处理技术的基础研究与应用研究,构建完善的市场体系。Contraposing the actuality of garbage proposal in Shenyang city, the present study dissertated the necessity and approach of raising the level of the garbage disposal and the realization of the management for the commercialization of garbage disposal in Shenyang city, that is, depending on the functions of the market's mechanism, clarifying the property relationship,strengthening the management of funds and potentating the basic and applicable research of the technique of garbage disposal to form a consummate market mechanism.
