摘　　要：从开展素质教育、注重提高和培养学生能力的角度出发,提出考试改革的重要性和紧迫性。强调考试改革要领导重视,政策引导,使考试改革多种渠道、多种形式,并在改革中不断总结,注重实效,发挥考试这根指挥棒在推进教学改革中的作用。Based on the development of the quality education and emphasis on improving the capability of students, we point out the importance and urgency of the examination reforms. It is necessary that the directors' strengthening and policy's guiding be pressed for the examination reforms, which lead the reforms into various channels and forms, at the same time we should gather the experience continuously, pay attention to the effects, as well as get the 'magic stick'——examination,to play the key role in the education reforms.
