摘　　要：对独有商业技术信息的保护,信息持有人可以选择或综合采用公开和保密两种方式。公开的方式即是采用专利保护及著作权保护的方法,保密的方式即是采用商业保密的方法。介绍了我国保护商业秘密的立法概况,提出了加强对独有商业技术信息保护的对策。To protect exclusive technology commercial information, the owner could either select partial of public method or security protection method. Public method is the way to take advantage of patent and security protection method is the way to protect commercial security. The essay introduces the legislation on commercial security protection and proposes the strategies to strengthen it.
