摘　　要：为克服沈阳浑南新区在开发建设中对生态环境造成的消极影响,加强生态环境建设,应该深刻认识生态环境问题及其特点,增强保护生态环境的紧迫感;全面正确地分析沈阳浑南新区开发建设可能造成的不良环境影响,提高改善生态环境的责任意识;并用可持续发展理论指导沈阳浑南新区的生态环境研究;同时建立以可持续发展为导向、相互协调、互为补充的政策体系,防止决策失误。In order or overcome the negative influence on the things that the ecological environment causes in developing construction of Hunnan newly developed zone of Shenyang, exploit the opportunity offered by it, strengthen ecological environment construction, should realize ecological environment problem and characteristics deeply, strengthen the sense of urgency of ecological environment protection; overall to analyze Shenyang Hunnan newly developed zone develops the bad environmental impact which might cause in construction correction, improve the responsibility consciousness of improving the ecological environment; guide Shenyang Hunnan ecological environment research of newly developed zone with sustainable development as the direction, coordinating, complementing one another at the same time.
