摘　　要：从物质与精神需求、国际经济和政治多元化、国内思想政治观念和意识、信息网络时代的影响等方面分析了当前我国高校德育工作面临的新问题。从德、智、体,教书与育人,育人与正己,治标与治本,学校与社会等方面论述了坚持以德育人要处理好的几个关系。提出树立良好的教风是坚持以德育人的关键以及加强大学生道德教育的主要途径与方法。Analyze the new problems of moral education in higher schools from aspects of requirement of material and spirit, pluralize of international politics and economy, domestic political ideology, and the influence of information net era. Discusses some relationship between moral, intelligene and physical education, the relationship between teaching and personnel training, the permanent cure and temporary solution, school and society etc, which should be dealt with properly in order to persist in moral education. Puts forward that setting up a good style of teaching is the key to persist in moral education. Gives some main ways and methods to strengthen student's moral education.
