摘　　要：社会主义市场经济体制的建立和发展 ,对党的建设既具有积极的正面效应 ,同时又会给党的政治生活和自身建设带来负面影响。社会主义市场经济条件下加强党的建设就在于充分发挥共产党兴利除弊的政治优势 ,把党建设成为领导全国人民建设有中国特色社会主义的坚强核心。The construction and development of the socialist market-econom y system has its advantage to the construction of the party. At the same time, it also brings the reverse effect to the political livelihood and self-construction . On the condition of the socialist market-economy,reinforcing the construction of the party is to develop the political advantage to eliminate the disadvantage and to make it a firm nucleus in order to lead the national people to construct the socialism with Chinese characteristics.
