摘　　要：介绍了针对客户提出的改进要求,首次在采煤机上安装遥控装置及其组成和功能;在 摇臂上设计安装了强制润滑系统,改善了摇臂的润滑状况,改进设计后的采煤机除兼有横向布置采 煤机的优点外,还有较强的遥控功能。According to the client' s requirement of improvement, the paper introduces that the remote control device was first fixed on shearer and its constitutes and functions. The lubrication condition has been improved by fixing system of forced lubrication. The improvement design of shearer has the advantages of hydraulic tractive shearer with electromotor crosswise arrangement and stronger remote control function.
