汽车发动机缸体镶套修复研究

摘　　要：研究分析了镶套修复的原理,采用加热镶套压入法对车发动机缸体进行了修复。结 果表明,车辆运行了8万km后,车辆运行状况仍然很好。这对缓解车发动机缸体备件供应困难、节 约材料、降低维护成本都具有重要意义。The principle of restoring of inlaid sheath was studied and analyzed, and based on the method of pressing heating inlaid sheath, restoring of an abrasion cylinder body of engine in motor was carried out. The results revealed that the work case of motor was very good after running 80,000 kilometer. This will have some important significations in palliating provision problems of spare parts in motor, sparing materials and reducing carriages.
