摘　　要：通过对钢板冷却过程中物理数学模型的研究,探讨了汽车大梁板宽弯不合的原因,并提出了相应的解决办法,使宽弯合格率由50%提高至85%。The causes of out-of-standard wide bending of plate for automobile frame were analyzed based on the research of physical and mathematical models during cooling of plateSo,the relevant resolving measures were put forward,and the percent of pass was increased from 50% to 85%
