摘 要: 采用摩擦电喷镀技术制备了镍钨 D SHSTiB2复合镀层,研究了复合镀层的组织、结构以及耐磨等性能。实验结果表明,复合镀层致密连续,与基体结合良好,无明显裂纹,SHSTiB2颗粒的加入有效地改善了镀层的耐磨性。In this paper, the Ni-W-D/SHS TiB2 composite coating was prepared by rubbing plating successfully. It is the first time to induce SHS TiB2 particles into the rubbing plated coating. The equipment, procedures used and properties of the coating are studied. The results show that the composite coating is compact and successive, and it bonds closely together with the basement and hasn't obvious cracks. The induction of SHS TiB2 particles can improve the wear resistance of the Ni-W-D rubbing plated coating effectively. As a result, the Ni-W-D/SHS TiB2 composite coating has been recommended for lengthening the life of a component or repairing the worn components.
