摘　　要：目前 ,国内主要有四大电子图书系统 :超星数字图书馆、书生之家数字图书馆、方正Apabi数字图书馆和中国数字图书馆 ,其特点、功能各异。图书馆在引进电子图书系统时 ,应从数字资源、硬件投入、系统价格、读者利用、版权问题等方面考虑 ,通过分析比较 ,为决策者提供一定的参考依据。There are mainly four digital libraries in China today. That is Super Star Digital Library, Chinese E-book Network of the Shusheng Technology Ltd. Founder's Apabi Digital Library and Net-Library of The Chinese Digital Library Ltd. They have different characteristics and function for the user. Digital resource, hardware cost, e-book price and utilization and copyright could be considered at commanding the digital library.
