摘　　要：发展社会主义民主政治,建设社会主义政治文明,是全面建设小康社会的重要目标。中国共产党领导的多党合作与政治协商制度体现了社会主义政治文明的三重规定性:政治文明规定性、社会主义规定性、国别规定性,并通过政治制度的各个层面得以体现。我国政党制度适应了社会主义政治文明发展的必然要求,是我国政治文明的制度基础。To develop socialist democratic politics and build up socialist political civilization is the important goal of building up a comfortable society.The system of the multi-party cooperation and consultation under the leadership of the CPC embodies the three stipulations of socialist political civilization: the political civilization stipulation,socialist stipulation and different nation stipulation. Through all levels' embodiment of the political system,China's political party system is suitable for the development of socialist political civilization and it is the foundation of China's political civilization system.
