摘　　要：银监会的成立为新世纪银行业的健康发展提供了重要的制度保障,标志着中国银行业监管进入了一个新的阶段,研究银监会成立后的中国银行业监管走向,据此提出了一些问题和建议。The establishment of bank inspection committee offers the safeguard system for the healthy development of China's banking. It marks China's banking supervision has entered a new phase. Based on the research of bank supervision after the establishment of bank inspection committee, the author puts forward some suggestions in this article.
