摘　　要：20世纪80年代开始的西方国家税制改革有其特殊的国内经济背景,也是适应国际经济形势不断变化的需要。分析西方国家税制改革的主要内容及特征,可以为中国的税制改革提供有益的借鉴和启示。The tax reform started in the 1980s of the last century in western countries had its special domestic economic background. It met the unceasing needs of international economic circumstances. To analyze the main contents and features of tax reform can offer beneficial reference and revelation to China's reform of tax.
