摘　　要：对分层小区系统中的层选择算法进行了研究改进与仿真实现,提出了动态模糊控制算法.新的算法能够适应用户速度分布及信道占用的变化,使宏小区组成的"宏层"为高速用户服务,微小区组成的"微层"为低速用户服务,在系统容量与信令负担之间达成良好的折衷.We study the layer selection algorithm in a hierarchical cellular system and bring forward the (DFA) dynamic fuzzy algorithm. The new algorithm can adapt itself to users' speed change and channel occupancy, which makes the macrolayer accommodate fast mobile users and the microlayer accommodate slow mobile users by the tradeoff between the system capacity and the signaling load.
