摘　　要：基于网络管理信息模型的特点从信息模型作用、管理资源抽象和信息模型分层3个方面给出网络管理信息模型质量的定义,并以此为依据提出信息模型质量评价指标体系,同时建立以指标体系为核心,涵盖评价方法、评价过程和评价应用的信息模型质量评价模型,为今后该课题的系统深入研究提供基础性的模型借鉴.A network management information model is an important component of network management interfaces, and its quality will directly affect the performance of these interfaces and even affect the development of a network management system. So it is very necessary to evaluate the quality of management information models (MIMs). In this paper, based on the characteristics of MIMs, the definition of network management information model quality is given in the following three aspects: the function of MIMs, the abstraction of management resources, and the layering of MIMs. According to this definition, a MIMs quality metrics system is presented, which serves as the core of a MIMs quality evaluation model. Besides, the MIMs quality evaluation method, evaluation process and evaluation application are also introduced in the evaluation model, which makes the model a theoretical direction for the further study on this topic.
