摘  要:为了进一步完善混粉电火花加工工艺,对混粉电火花加工的一些工艺特性进行了研究。通过实验探讨了峰值电流、加工极性和工具电极转速对加工效率和表面粗糙度等性能指标的影响规律。结果表明,在加工能量较小的情况下,混粉电火花加工与普通电火花加工相比,兼备加工效率高和加工质量好的优点;而且,选择恰当的加工极性并适当地伴以工具电极的转动。Some of the technological characteristics of powder-mixed electrical discharge machining (EDM) have been studied in order Io further develop the technology. The effects of the machining parameters, namely discharge current, workpiece polarity, and rotate speed of tool electrode on performance characteristics including material removal rate (MRR) and surface roughness are tested by means of experiments. Experimental results indicate that powder-mixed EDM can provide both higher MRR and lower surface roughness compared to traditional EDM when pulse energy is low, and that it can provide more perfect surface when with proper polarity as well as aided with a rotation of the tool electrode at a specific speed.
