摘　　要：提出了在水平井中运用生物酶解除钻井液对地层造成的伤害 ,详细阐述了生物酶的作用机理。通过室内粘度降低、滤饼清除和渗透率恢复等评价实验 ,及中东地区三口多油层井的现场对比实验 。This paper presents the method of utilizing enzym e to clean out the reservoir damages caused by horizontal drilling fluid and expla ins the mechanism of enzyme on polymer drilling fluid. The indoor experiments on viscosity decrease, mud cake cleaning and permeability comeback and the industr ial experim ent conducted in middle East demonstrate the superiority of the enzy me as gel breaker.
