摘　　要：根据部队的现实情况,辽宁省消防总队研究开发了一种计算机被装管理软件系统(BCMS).主要论述了BCMS的运行平台、体系结构、基本原理、功能特点和在消防部队中的应用效果.实践证明,该软件的应用为消防部队被装管理的优化和管理效率的提高创造了条件,大大提高了部队的战斗力.Based on the actual state of the fire army,the Liaoning Fire General Army researches and develops a bedding-clothing managing software (BCMS). This paper mainly discusses the running flat of BCMS,systematic structure,radical principles,functional traits and the applied effect in the fire army.Facts have proved that the software's application makes the bedding-clothing managing of fire army optimized and the efficiency of managing improved,and advances army's battle effectiveness out and away.
