摘  要:以硝酸铈铵为催化剂,对叔丁醇与乙酸酐之间的酰化反应进行了研究,考察了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量以及酐醇摩尔比对乙酸叔丁酯收率的影响。实验结果表明,硝酸铈铵有着较好的催化活性,当反应条件为:反应温度为45℃;反应时间为30h;酐醇摩尔比为1:1;催化剂摩尔分数为1%时乙酸叔丁酯的分离收率可达到84.2%,且所得产品无色透明,具有很高的纯度。合成反应条件温和,催化剂用量小,操作简便,后处理过程简单,无三废产生。产品经红外光谱进行了表征。The acylation of tert - butanol with acetic anhydride was studied by using cerium(Ⅵ) ammonium nitrate as catalysts. The effects of reaction temperature, time and the amount of catalysts on the yields of tert ~ butyl acetate were investigated. The experiment results show that cerium (Ⅵ) ammonium nitrate has a good catalytic activity. Through reacting 30 h at reacting temperature 45 ℃ , mole ratio of acetic anhydride to tert - butanol 1:1, the amount of cerium ammonium nitrate 1 % , the yield of tert -butyl acetate is 84. 2% , the product is colorless and transparent. In this process, under the mild reaction condition and little amount of catalysts, the three wastes could not be produced with easy manipulation and after - treatment. The product is characterized by IR.
