摘　　要：介绍了我国海洋高新技术标准的发展背景 ,说明标准在海洋高新技术产业化中的作用以及制定海洋产品标准的时机 ,通过分析我国的海洋高新技术状况 ,提出了相关对策与建议。This paper reviews the background of the development of marine hi-tech standards in china, introduces the function of standards in the process of industrialization and analyzes the occasion for standard setting, furthermore, puts forward relative suggestions and countermeasures
