摘　　要：文章首次系统讨论了建设项目取水对周围其它用水户影响补偿方案的制订原则、思路和具体的制订方法,并对其中必然涉及到的工农业缺水造成的经济损失计算、水质降低对工农业生产和居民健康造成的经济损失计算作了简要探讨。In this paper, how to make the compensation planning of the effect on water users' responsibility and profit caused by water acquisition of the new construction project is discussed. At the same time , the author investigates the calculation of economic loss caused by water shortage and the effect on industries' production and people's health generated by water quality reduction.
