摘 要:结合湖北夹河沟泵站带长出水管的泵装置特性试验研究,提出了将模型设计成模拟进水流道及部分出水管的泵装置和模拟全部出水管不带泵的水工模型装置,并通过两装置性能的合成分析,得出泵装置特性的试验方法,同时还利用水工模型装置对虹吸出水管中的虹吸形成过程进行了观察研究。研究成果不仅为夹河沟泵站技术改造提供了必要的依据,且对同类带长出水管的泵装置模型试验有参考价值。Combined with the pump setting characteristics model test of Jiahegou pumping station with long discharge pipe, the method of accomplishing the whole pump setting characteristics model test is put forward by the way of designing two different experimental setting. The one called partial pump setting model simulates inlet passage and the portion of discharge pipe with pump, the other called hydraulic model simulates the full discharge pipe without pump. The results can be obtained by integrating and analyzing the two model test data and also the process of forming siphon is observed. The research not only has provided the necessary basis for the reconstruction of Jiahegou pumping station, but also has the function of guidance and reference for similar pump setting model tests.
