摘 要:对某碳质低硫硅化金矿石进行了富氧焙烧预氧化处理试验 ,结果表明 ,富氧焙烧与常规焙烧相比 ,强化了碳质的氧化 ,可降低焙烧温度 10 0℃ ,缩短焙烧时间 1h ,提高金浸出率 2 .16个百分点。同时开展了焙砂堆浸试验 。Experimental study was made on the pre oxidizing treatment of a carbonaceous low sulphur silicified gold ore by oxygen enriched. The results showed that, compared with conventional roast, oxygen enriched roast could intensify the oxidization of carbonaceous matter, reduce the roast temperature by 100 ℃, shorten the roast time by 1h and improve the gold leach rate by 2.16 percentage points. Meanwhile, the test on the heap leaching of roasted ore was also made. A new technology of oxygen enriched roast heap leaching of calcined ore for direct extraction of gold from carbonaceous gold ore was proposed.
