摘 要:利用电阻炉加热,对半固态A356铝合金触变成形件进行固溶时效处理,并进行组织与性能的观察分析·结果表明:在535℃温度下固溶处理,随固溶时间的延长,强化相溶解充分,合金元素在晶格的分布均匀,强度得到了提高·在180℃温度下时效,强度随时效时间的延长而增大,并达到最大值;进一步延长时效时间,则合金出现软化·触变成形变形带的存在,起到了强化作用·本研究为A356合金液相线半连续铸造生产工业化提供理论指导·?Heated in a resistance furnace, the solution ageing treatment was conducted to the specimens of thixoformed pieces of semi-solid A356 alloy, and their microstructures and properties were investigated. The results showed that the strengthening phase is dissolved sufficiently, the alloy elements distributed uniformly in lattices and the strength improved along with the prolonging time for solution-ageing treatment at 535?℃. However, if ageing at 180?℃,the strength could be improved further along with the prolonging time for ageing till reaching its maximum value. When exceeding the time point, i.e., prolong the time continuously, the alloy specimens start softening. The occurrence of the distortion zone in thixoforming process plays an important role in alloy strengthening. The results as above is available to provide a theoretical guidance for the industrial applications to liquid-state semi-continuous casting of A356 alloy.
