摘  要:介绍一种钢丝热处理用的高频感应加热电源。该电源采用新型的频率跟踪法,有效地克服了不同规格钢丝加热过程中负载参数变化对输出电流的影响,使主功率开关始终工作于准零电流状态。设计制作了30kHz/50kW的高频感应热处理电源,它具有热处理速度快、钢丝品质可控、生产过程连续、效率高、体积小等特点。A supersonic induction heating power supply which is suited for steel wire heat treatment is researched.A novel method of frequency tracking that can overcome the influence of load parameter on the output current in heating process is put forward,and it enables the main switch of the inverter in working at quasi-ZCS.In this paper, a 30 kHz)/ 50 kW) power supply prototype is designed and used for steel heat treatment, it is of very good character such as quick treatment, controllable wire quality, consecutive process and high efficiency and small volume.
