摘　　要：以6kV变频调速为应用目标,介绍了基于特定谐波消除PWM的IGCT五电平电压型逆变器的脉冲发生器。该脉冲发生器根据主控制器并行口发来的数据指令实时查询存储器中的移相特定谐波消除PWM脉冲波形数据并发出IGCT驱动PWM脉冲。在主控制器发生死机时脉冲发生器能正常工作,发送主控制器故障前与所传送的最新指令相对应的脉冲,并能够在主控制器故障复位后自动恢复通信,继续接收脉冲发生指令。阐述了该脉冲发生器的工作原理、硬件构成和软件实现,并给出了脉冲输出试验结果。This paper presents the pulse generator based on SHE-PWM technique with phase shift and variable frequency for five-level inverter using IGCTs for 6 kV) drive application.The pulse generator generates IGCT driving PWM signals using the SHE-PWM data stored in the memory according to the instructions and parameters received from the host controller through the parallel port.When the host controller fails,the pulse generator still can work normally according to the latest instructions reveived,and can automatically recover the communication with the host controller immediately when the latter is OK.The principle,the implementation of hardware and software,and the test results of the pulse generator are given.
