摘　　要：针对高速公路建设中的水土流失,讨论水土保持生态恢复的内容与原则,系统地论述国内外现有的水土保持生态恢复技术及其环境效应,文章有助于推动高速公路建设中的水土保持生态建设。In view of the situation of soil and water loss in highway construction, the contents and principles of the ecological restoration with soil and water conservation were discussed. The technique and its environmental effects of the ecological restoration with soil and water conservation at home and abroad were also reviewed. This will contribute to the ecological construction of soil and water conservation in highway construction. 
