摘  要:以造纸废弃芦苇末再生合成的芦苇末基质是正在华东地区推广以替代草炭的本地化有机基质。本研究以康奈尔复合基质B为对照 ,对以芦苇末为主要成分的 1 0个基质配方的基本理化性状进行测定 ,并考察其在番茄穴盘育苗中的应用效果。结果表明 ,以 75 %芦苇末混合 2 5 %蛭石的复配基质效果最佳 ,该复配基质能提供 2 1 %的通气孔隙 ,5 7%的持水孔隙 ,具有很好的吸水、保水性能 ,穴盘苗根系生长良好 ,根系能网固基质形成根坨 。Reed residue substrate, a new local organic substrate made from solid wastes of paper mill, was developed and extended in East China as peat alternative for soilless culture and nursery production. In this study, 10 formulas based on composted reed residue were used in tomato plug seedling production, and Cornell complex B was used as the control. Results showed that the substrate consisting of 75% composted reed residue and 25% vermiculite was the best. This substrate had 21% aeration porosity and 57% water holding porosity, and great water absorbing and retaining capacity, on which the roots of the plug seedlings grew well and formed a good root ball, and so the plants grew vigorous.
