摘  要:采用点滴法测定了稻纵卷叶螟对 1 1种杀虫剂的抗性 ,探讨了抗药性的测定方法。室内饲养稻纵卷叶螟 4个世代 ,幼虫均为 5个龄期。在 7~ 9月 3个世代的各龄历期为 :1龄 3d ,2、3龄各 2d ,4龄 2~ 3d ,5龄6~ 7d。室内幼虫 5龄体重 (1 2± 1 )mg ,为田间自然发生同龄虫体重 2 0~ 2 6mg的 1 /2左右 ,经两者触杀毒力对比得出 ,用田间 5龄幼虫供试较适当。 1 1种杀虫剂的触杀毒力比较结果为 :溴氰菊酯 >久效磷 >辛硫磷 >对硫鳞 >甲胺鳞 >甲基对硫鳞 >杀虫单 >巴单 >杀螟硫鳞 >γ 6 6 6 >敌百虫。年度间抗药性变化较快 ,达低中水平的有杀虫单、甲基对硫磷和溴氰菊酯 ,其它杀虫剂的抗性变化比较缓慢 ;敌百虫的触杀毒力最差 ,LD50 达 33.5 0~ 2 2 70 .2 3μg/g。Rice leaf roller's resistance to 11 insecticides were tested by topical application method.Four generations of rice leaf rollers were reared in insectarium,and all the larvae of each generation had five instars.During July to September,there were three generations, in which the first instar was about 3 days, the second and the third about 2 days,the fourth 2~3 days,and the fifth 6~7 days.The weight of the fifth instar larva reared in insectarium was (12±1) mg, about half of the weight of the one in paddy field,which weighed 20~26 mg.Comparison of the contact toxicity to the two kinds of larvae showed that it was more suitable to do a bioassay on the latter. The sequence of the contact toxicity of the 11 kinds of pesticides could be arranged as follows: deltamethrin>monocrotophos>phoxim>parathion>methamidophos>methyl parathion>monosultap>cartap>fenitrothion>γ 666>trichlofon. The pesticides whose resistance developed faster and reached a middle level were monosultap, methyl arpathion and deltamethrin.The resistance of other insecticides developed more slowly.The contact toxicity of trichlofon whose LD 50 was 733.50~2270.23μg/g was the lowest of all.
