浅析医院管理创新的动因

摘　　要：医院管理创新的动因包括外在动因和内在动内。外在动因主要有 :经济体制和医疗制度的改革 ,科学技术的发展 ,医疗市场竞争的压力和医学模式的转变 ;内在动因主要有 :创新心理的需要 ,自我价值的实现 ,对经济效益的追求 ,责任感与同情心。The cause of hospital innovation is constituted of exterior and interior causes. On the one hand, the former cause includes the reform of economic and medical systems, the development of science and technology, the pressure of competition from the medical market, and the change of medical sciences. On the other hand, the latter one consists of the social-psychological need for innovation, the realization of self-value, the pursuit of economic efficiency, and the sense of responsibility and compassion.
