摘　　要：16年来 ,我军军区 (军种 )总医院生物医学论文发表的数量以及被中华、中国系列杂志收录的数量逐年增加。不同总医院论文产出差异较大。总的来看 ,总医院生物医学论文产出较好 ,总体质量较高 ,反映总医院有较强的科研实力和较高的科研水平。与全国相比 ,在 80年代末、90年代初总医院生物医学论文数增长较快 ,但近几年增长速度正明显降低。简要分析了影响总医院生物医学论文产出的主要因素并提出了相应的建议。For the past 16 years, the number of biological medical papers published by PLA general hospitals and that of papers included by the China serial magazines have increased year by year. However, the number varies with different general hospitals. On the whole, the general quality of the papers are of high standard, which reflects that the hospitals have a team of high-level scientific research personnel. Compared with the national level, the number increased relatively faster at the end of the 1980's and the beginning of the 1990's. But there has appeared an obvious decrease in recent years. The author analyzes briefly the factors affecting the production of biological medical papers, and proposes their respective suggestions.
