摘　　要：医院创新效应主要是通过医学知识应用和医学技术创新等手段为广大伤病员服务而实现的。本文分别阐述了医院创新的辐散效应、聚合效应、加速效应、嬗变效应以及互动效应。This article points out that the effect of hospital innovation is realized by means of applying medical knowledge and experience, and technical innovations into serving serious patients. The author then explains its respective aspects, which include radiant effect, polymeric effect, accelerating effect, transmutative effect, and interactive effect.
