摘　　要：创新是通过创新主体有意识、有目的地寻找创新机会来实现的。对创新机会的来源进行分析 ,是有目的、有计划的创新的开始。作者重点从意外的机遇、医疗服务的需要、医院面临的各种社会矛盾和新知识的产生与应用等四个方面阐述了医院创新机会的来源。Innovation is performed by people who are consciously and purposefully seeking opportunities. A detail analysis of the origins of opportunities is a good beginning of purposeful and planned innovation. The author analyzes four aspects of the origins of opportunities: unexpected chances, the need for medical service, social problems confronting hospitals and the emergence and application of new knowledge.
