摘　　要：本文介绍了医疗服务系统效率研究的背景与重要性 ;指出目前效率的概念及内涵 ,包括筹资、配置与技术效率 ;论述了系统特点是多元性 ,以及国内外较通用的针对多元系统的效率测量方法 ;概述了国内外研究现状、存在问题及研究意义 ,提出采用多元系统效率测量医疗系统低效率程度与环节 ,是方法研究的方向。This article introduced the background and the importance of the efficiency study of medical service system. Put forward the conception and content of efficiency. Discussed the characters of medical service system. Generalized the study situation ,problem and significance. Pointed out the trend of method study which are the efficiency measurement toward multi-system.
