摘　　要：努布拉鼠兔(Ochotona nubrica)的分类地位迄今未能得到合理解决,曾被列为草原鼠兔(O.pusilla)、灰鼠兔(O.roylei)或藏鼠兔(O.thibetana)的同物异名。作者根据原始文献、地模标本及邻近地模产地的标本与有关的鼠兔种类进行对比研究,证实了努布拉鼠兔既不同于藏鼠兔,也不同于灰鼠兔,而是一个有效物种。O. nubrica was described as a species by Thomas (1922). The type was from Ladak, along the Nubra Valley, down to Pangkong Lake of Xizang (Tibet) in China. Ognev (1940) regarded it as a instinct speices, and then it was placed in synonymy with O. roylei (Argyropulo, 1948; Gureev, 1964; Honacki et al., 1982) or a subspecies of O. pusilla (Ellerman et Morrison Scott, 1951). Corbet (1978) assigned it to the O, thibetana,Chapman et al. (1991) recognize it as a independent species recently.Corbet (1978) placed O. lama Mitchell and Punzo 1975 in O. roylei and Honacki et al., (1982) regarded it as a distinct species. O. lama and O.t. aliensis Zheng 1979 was then combined as O. t. lama by Feng and Zheng (1985, 1986).It was need to make clear in taxonomy of these pikas, so we examined many specimens.As a result of this revision we recognize O. nubrica as a independent species based on its orginal discripition and topotypes.O. nubrica is larger than O. thibetana but smaller than O. roylei and the pelage color is much paler than the former and mere drabby than the later.The skull of O. nubrica is fairly bow, palatel foramina was widely expanded posteriorly. The bullae are relatively larger and higher than O. thibelana, but smaller than O. roylei.The scattergram also shows the difference among O. nubrica, O.thibetana and O. roylei (Fig. 1 - 3).According to the skull characters, O. nubrica can be divided into two subspecies: O. nubrica nubrica and O.n. lhasaensis. The bullae of the former is larger than the later. The mastoid width is larger than thet zygomatic width in O.n. nubrica While O.n.lhasaensis is reversed.O. lama and O.t.aliensis is placed in synonymy with O.n.nubrica on the based of its larger bullae.
