摘 要:从实际应用来看 ,复合带材的机械性能是必须考虑的重要参数之一 .在实际应用中Bi 2 2 2 3复合带不可避免的受到外界机械作用力 ,例如拉应力、弯曲应力等等 .本文通过自制的拉应力测试装置测试了单芯、多芯、银包套、合金包套等不同样品在不同拉力下的临界电流(Ic) ,和这些样品不同弯曲半径下的临界电流 ,得出了不同样品抗拉性能和抗弯曲性能 ,对今后带材的研制和今后的产业化生产提供了重要的参考价值 .The mechanical property of the High T-c tape is one of the important parameters that should be considered. In the practical application, the Bi-2223 tape will be inevitably damaged by the outside mechanical forces, such as tensile strength, bend stress, etc. In this article, several kinds of samples were made for single filament tape, multi filament tape, Ag sheath tape and alloy sheath tape. These samples′ critical current was measured under different tensile strength and different bend radius. Some important conclusions were obtained through this experiment, which will provide significant reference in the further study and future industrialize of High T-c tapes.
