摘 要:本文研究了在原始粉末中加入CeO2 及预烧结温度对控制Y 2 1 1粒子尺寸的影响和低温渗氧工艺对Tc 的影响 .实验表明 ,当预烧结温度从 940℃降低到 90 0℃时 ,这种工艺改变对细化 2 1 1粒子的影响比掺CeO2 的作用大 .在降低预烧结温度时 ,实验获得的最大磁悬浮力达到了 1 2 .7N/cm2 .渗氧温度不仅影响临界转变温度等超导性能而且会影响YBCO块材的组织结构 .研究发现对熔融构YBCO块材而言 ,采用低温渗氧工艺是比较适合的 ,即渗氧温度在 40 0℃~ 50 0℃之间 ,如果超过 50 0℃ ,样品中的宏观裂纹会增多 .The effects of CeO-2 addition and lower per-sintering temperature on size of Y-211 particles were studied in this paper. The results show that decreasing the pre-sintering temperature is more effective than adding CeO-2 for reducing the size of Y-211 particles and the maximum levitation force is about 12.7N/cm2 as decreasing the per-sintering temperature. In addition, the effects on T-c of samples were also studied by using lower oxygenation temperature. The oxygenation temperature affects not only T-c, but also the microstructure of bulk YBCO. This results indicate that the low oxygenation temperature is suitable for the oxygenation process of the melt-textured bulk YBCO. At the same time, if the oxygenation temperature is above 500℃, the macro-cracks will propagate.
