摘 要:电阻率 ρ(T)是影响超导材料失超传播性能的一个很重要的材料参数 .本文主要对Bi2 2 2 3/Ag高温超导多芯带材的电阻率 ρ随温度T的变化关系曲线进行测量并得到了有意义的实验结果 .同时也得到了超导带材的临界温度 .通过测量的 ρ T曲线 ,我们分析了Bi2 2 2 3/Ag超导多芯带从超导态向完全正常态的转变过程中 ,传输电流在带材内部超导芯与基体银之间的分配情况以及 ρ T曲线的形状 .这对研究高温超导带材失超传播特性以及失超传播过程的有限元分析都有着重要的实际意义 .Resistivity ρ(T) is an important material parameter affecting quench propagation properties. In this paper, experiments of the strong temperature dependence of the resistivity of the Bi2223/Ag high temperature superconducting multifilament tape were carried out and some significant experimental results were presented. At the same time we also derived the critical temperature of superconducting tape. With the measured curve of ρ-T, we analyzed the temperature transition behaviors from superconducting-state to normal-state, the transport current sharing between superconducting core and matrix Ag, and the shape of ρ-T curve. This finding should be helpful for investigating quench propagation properties and the finite element analysis of quench propagation process.
