摘　　要：目的 :掌握全市公卫执业医师、执业助理医师实践技能考试水平变动情况 ,寻求保证人员业务素质途径。方法 :历年考官都经培训 ,统一考试标准 ,统一考试办法 ;3名考官合议记分 ;应试者抽签作答 ;考试成绩采用统计学方法分析。结果 :5年后 ,试卷更具科学性 ;考官更熟练 ;应试者相互差距缩小 ;平均成绩下降 ,且差异有显著性。结论 :用人单位把好录用人员素质关 ,学校强化素质教育和训练 ,专业人员掌握应知应会知识 ,实行规范化操作 ,适应新形势新任务的需要 。Objective:To grasp the variation of the practice technical ability examination level of public health licensed physicians and licensed physicians,to seek th e method of ensuring examinees' operation quality.Methods:The exa miners were trained every year, and the examination's standard and way were unified; three examiners graded the score after discussion,the examinees selected the questions randomly;the scores were analyzed by statistics method. Results:Five years later, the test questions become more scient ific; the exami ners are well trained than before; the difference among examinees become smaller ;the average score desce nts has notable difference.Conclusions:Employ units should make final check on the employee's business quality, schools should enhance the quali ty of education and training, and profession doctor should grasp the knowledge t hat must to be known and practice in normal operation.Enhance training is a valid way to increase examinees' ability in the new situation.
